Neill Cameron draws Oxford

We are delighted to be welcoming cartoonist and writer Neill Cameron to MCS. A former artist-in-residence at The Story Museum, Neill will be bringing Oxford to life on the page for a packed primary school audience in Festival Hall. As a passionate advocate for the role comics can play in developing literary and creativity, we hope the event will encourage students to engage with literature in new ways.

To showcase and celebrate the magnificent talent of local students, we will also be producing a creative writing journal entitled ‘My Oxford’, with work from both primary and secondary students. Students may choose to write non-fiction, prose, or poetry, and the best entries will be published in a short journal. Please send your submissions to: info@artsfestivaloxford.org.
